Öhlins DTC extended the voucher service for the recall of RXF34 and RXF36 until end of February.
The registration link for the voucher on ohlins.com https://www.ohlins.com/mtb-voucher-registration/ is still active until the end of this month.
Vouchers with an expiry date of December 31, 2019 are still valid until February 29,2020.
With this voucher Öhlins covers the material costs for the 100-hour service. You as our customers only pay the labor costs of € 135 incl. VAT. The voucher also includes the free upgrade for the RXF36 Evo.
Forks affected by the recall, which will be registered with us after 29th of February will of course continue with free recall work.
Forks that have not yet been included in the recall process, please register to warranty.odtc@ohlins.com and register for the voucher or contact one of our authorized dealers and Service Centers. You will find an overview of our dealer network here.
