Öhlins Racing AB develops and produces shock absorbers for motorcycles, cars and mountain bikes. The company is the market leader in advanced suspension technology for vehicles and has been active in this field for over 40 years. The head office is located in Upplands Väsby, outside Stockholm, Sweden.
As a branch of Öhlins Racing AB, Öhlins Europe near the Nürburgring in Germany is responsible for distribution, sales and marketing, customer support and technical service for its customers in over 10 countries in Central and Northern Europe.
For our 785 m² warehouse in Hofheim am Taunus, near Frankfurt Airport, we are looking for a full-time Fulfilment Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our energetic fulfilment team as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- You will receive, process and pack orders for dispatch as required and always keep an eye on the current stock level of the goods
- You are sufficiently familiar with current shipping guidelines and government (customs) regulations
- You check and organize the daily picking lists for the warehouse team
- You take on the role of warehouse manager and lead the warehouse team when necessary
- You also take care of overdue customer orders and ensure that they are processed promptly
- You answer special customer inquiries by phone and email and find tailor-made solutions
- You process goodwill and warranty cases
- You will be responsible for preparing invoices for special cases relating to completed and scheduled deliveries
- You work closely with the customer support department
Your profile:
- Apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist, customer advisor, industrial clerk or comparable training
2-3 years of professional experience in the warehouse - Experience and competence in dealing with customs matters and administration
- Confident handling of MS Office package, ideally experience with ERP system or IFS knowledge
- Fluency in German and English
- Structured, independent way of working and good time management skills
- Operational teamwork, hands-on mentality and high customer orientation
- You have a fundamental interest in the motorcycle/automotive/mountain bike industry
