We trust you are managing to remain healthy in these challenging times.
We have revised our working practices according to the Health & Safety requirements related to COVID-19 guidelines some weeks ago. These changes have enabled our company to remain operational during normal working hours, whilst protecting the best interests of our employees’ health.
Our intention has been to remain fully operational during these challenging times, but it is evident for all of us that the market has slowed significantly. We anticipate that this will remain the case for the remainder of April.
Therefore, to ensure that our company weathers the storm while continuing to serve you on a limited basis during this peak period, we have decided to reduce the opening hours of Öhlins DTC. Taking this action now will help to ensure that our company is fighting strong once again when the market shows signs of recovery, hopefully starting in May.
The following is an overview of the times that Öhlins DTC will be open after Easter weekend;
- April 14, 15: 08.00 to 12.00 – 13.00 to 17.00
- April 16, 17: Closed
- Weekend: Closed
- April 20, 21, 22, 23: 08.00 to 12.00 – 13.00 to 17.00
- April 24: Closed
- Weekend: Closed
- April 27, 28th, 29th: 09.00 to 11.00 – 13.00 to 15.00
- April 30: Closed
- May 1: Closed (Public Holiday)
Our current intention is to revert back to our normal opening hours from May 4, which are 08.00 to 12.30 – 13.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Please note that during this period there is likely to be a delay in responding to your requests. We will endeavour to process orders as quickly as we can, but ask that you please bear with us due to our reduced capacity.
Please note this is a temporary measure and we will come back to our full operational strength when the time is right.
