As a branch to Öhlins Racing AB, Öhlins Distribution & Test Center located near to the Nürburgring in Germany is responsible for providing distribution, sales and marketing, customer support and technical service to its customers in over 20 countries throughout central Europe (www.ohlins.eu).

ÖDTC is offering the opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate individual to join its team of 21 employees and provide administrative support towards Accounting, HR (Human Resources) and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). In this position the employee will be supporting three main areas of the business related to administrative tasks; accounts, human resources and environmental, health & safety. The main focus is on accounts and the employee will be working full time in the accounts office, reporting directly to the accounts manager.

Due to the relatively small size of our business operation in Meuspath, the administrator’s role also includes some general tasks such as welcoming visitors and handling mail, so the position is well suited towards someone with a desire for a varied role.

Main responsibilities, Actions & Duties:

  • Handling incoming supplier invoices – allocating, scanning and archiving
  • On-line bank account bookings
  • Processing SEPA collections, managing mandates and notifications
  • Bank account statement postings and prepayments
  • Processing employee time sheets and vacations planner
  • HR & EHS Portal data entry
  • Manage phone system and landline/mobile phone agreements
  • Prepare & submit VAT refund claims and EC sales list
  • Manage post and office supplies

The candidate shall be professional in appearance and a good communicator, both orally and written. It is not essential to have knowledge of the Motorcycle/Automotive/Mountainbike industries. It is a prerequisite to be fluent in German and have basic knowledge of English as a minimum.
