Öhlins FDK Fork Damping Kit FDK 106 (incl. springs 5,5 and 6,0 N/mm)

The Öhlins FDK 1xx cartridge system fits into the original front fork and is supplied incl. springs.

Installation Tools

For a correct installation of the cartridge kit into the standard front fork the following tools are required. These tools are not included and need to be purchased in addition at the Öhlins online shop.

Additional Consumables

Various operating materials may be required for the professional installation of the cartridge kit. These are not included in the scope of delivery and can also be ordered via the Öhlins online shop. Please refer to the installation instructions for the respective product.

  • Red grease, 100 g, part no. 00146-01
  • Grease Statoil CaH 92, 100 g, part no. 00159-02
  • Loctite 2400, 50 ml, part no. 01791-25
  • Loctite 2700, 50 ml, part no. 01791-27
