Reception & Aftersales
The successful candidate will work in general as a receptionist and sales administrator for the sales department at Öhlins Distribution and Test Center, covering three main business areas; motorcycle, automotive and mountain bike.
As a receptionist and sales administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, mainly by email (info address), phone and walk-in. You will be expected to handle basic enquiries direct, such as pricing information and where to find details of our products. You shall have experience and/or a passion for motorcycles, cars and mountain bikes. A basic level of technical knowledge how suspension functions on a vehicle is important. For more in-depth commercial or technical questions, you will refer these to the relevant people within our organisation.
As a member of the Product Sales team, you will assist with administrative tasks related to ‘Aftersales’. This shall include entering new customers in our company management system (IFS), creating new customer access rights to our on-line portals and uploading new prices in IFS for example. You will also take an active role in keeping the Öhlins.eu website updated, to ensure the latest customer and product details are presented to the outside world.
In this position, you report to the Product Sales Managers for motorcycle, automotive and mountain bike.
Main responsibilities, actions & duties:
- First point of contact for potential new partners and end users via phone and walk-in.
- Handling of email@example.com email address.
- Installing new partner accounts in IFS.
- Generating and managing access to the Worlds, Source and Order on-line sites.
- Update www.ohlins.eu website with customer and product details.
- Update price lists with revisions of existing products/spares and upload to IFS and website.
The candidate shall be professional in appearance and a good communicator, both orally and written. It is a prerequisite to be fluent in German and English.
