ÖDTC is offering the opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate individual to join its team of 22 employees and provide administrative support towards its Accounting department. Accounts Administrator

In this position the employee will be supporting the in-house accounting function of the company. The employee will be working full time in the accounts office, reporting directly to the Accounting & Financial Controller.

Due to the relatively small size of our business operation in Meuspath, it can be expected the administrator's role also includes some general tasks in support of other positions due to vacation/illness, such as welcoming visitors and handling mail.

Main responsibilities, Actions & Duties:

  • Accounts Payable: handling supplier invoices - allocating, scanning, archiving and matching
  • Account Payable: processing SEPA collections, managing mandates and notifications
  • On-line bank account bookings, including payment providers such as PayPal
  • Bank account statement postings and prepayments
  • Prepare & submit VAT refund claims and EC sales list
  • Coordinate company utility agreements (landline/mobile phone, electricity, gas, waste etc.)

The candidate shall be professional in appearance and a good communicator, both orally and written. It is not essential to have knowledge of the Motorcycle/Automotive/Mountainbike industries. It is a prerequisite to be fluent in German and have basic knowledge of English as a minimum.
