For our authorized dealers we offer training regarding suspension technology here at Öhlins DTC in Meuspath, close to the famous Nürburgring. These trainings, usually held regularly in autumn and winter, shall import basic knowledge about chassis dynamics, suspension technology, damping and the Öhlins product range as well as organizational themes such as finding the right information or handling of warranty cases.
From 11th to 12th January 6 different customers from all over Germany sent their staff to Öhlins. All of the participants passed the training and besides new knowledge and many impressions they took home their personal training certificate.
Trainer and product manager motorcycle & MTB at Öhlins DTC, Michael Schwabe: 'We are happy to be able to not only transmit theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in our workshop. Our technicians explain to the participants how to perform a successful suspension setup for a motorcycle.'
Our workshop manager Sven Frechen, responsible for the topics 'warranty & recall' says: 'I liked the wide range of questions because the participants came from very different business fields such as moto cross and hyper sports.'
