Sales Manager – Aftermarket MTB (EMEA) (m/w/d)

As a dynamic Sales Manager, you'll spearhead our aftermarket MTB business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa—blending sales expertise, marketing acumen, and hands-on technical support to drive brand success and exceed customer expectations. Your Role as a Sales Manager:

  • Drive Brand Excellence: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that elevate the Öhlins brand within the aftermarket MTB sector
  • Build Lasting Partnerships: Collaborate closely with distributors, service centers, dealers, and riders to create a strong, positive connection with our brand
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Öhlins at promotional events, races, and trade shows, delivering technical support and gathering valuable market insights.
  • Educate & Empower: Organize seminars, technical training sessions, and events to ensure our partners and riders are well-versed in Öhlins products.
  • Monitor the Market: Stay ahead of industry trends by providing regular feedback on market demands, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to our internal teams.
  • Reporting directly to the Director of AM Sales, EMEA, you will also work hand-in-hand with our Demand Planning and Marketing departments to support customer needs and shape strategic initiatives.

What we are look for:

  • Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the MTB industry with hands- on technical experience in suspension systems (technician experience is a plus)
  • Outstanding Communicator: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Passion for Riding: Physical fitness and personal riding experience are highly desirable to authentically connect with our community.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of German and/or Swedish is preferred.
