We would like to inform you that Tenneco Inc. has now completed its acquisition of Öhlins Racing AB. Öhlins is going to be an integral part of what will become Tenneco’s new Aftermarket and Ride Performance company. The agreement to acquire Öhlins was announced on 15.11.2018
